Location
Our property is a short distance from the sea and is surrounded by lovely pine trees in the gorgeous harbour of Lumbarda on the island of Korcula. Lumbarda is a tiny fishing community well-known for its sandy beaches and closeness to a large number of small islets that are ideal for swimming, snorkeling, sea kayaking, and a variety of other exciting sports.

It brings us great pleasure to provide a wide range of excellent facilities and services. The villa offers everything you'll need for a comfortable and pleasurable vacation, including free access to speedboat and vehicle rentals as well as a 24-hour front desk.
A 150 m² Restaurant & Lodge with dining space, BBQ pits, a large hot tub, a gym, and table tennis equipment can be found on the property of the villa. Additionally, there are several cozy sofas for lounging in the shade during downtime, as well as a large patio that's ideal for a laid-back evening supper.
Our Suites
Our villa has a number of contemporary and large suites, including Honeymoon Comfort room for 2 people, a Anniversary Deluxe suite for 4 people, and a Penthouse suite that can house up minimum 5 guests and is ideal for big families or groups of friends up to 11 people.
Honeymoon Comfort suite
Our 60m² Honeymoon Comfort suite is the ideal choice for couples. Every housing has a large bedroom with a king-sized bed and an attached bathroom, as well as a fully functional kitchen, living space with an additional sofa bed, and a stunning balcony with chairs and views of the sea.
Anniversary Deluxe suite
Our 100m² Anniversary Deluxe suite can house up to 4 people. It has an additional single bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and two roomy bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. There is a lovely balcony with a teak table and seats, an outdoor grill, and breathtaking views of the sea.
Penthouse suite
This top-floor penthouse apartment, which has two double bedrooms and a private terrace with stunning views of the bay, is our most opulent and exclusive lodging choice. The 120m² suite has space for up to 5 guests. It has two bathrooms, an additional bed, a sizable modern kitchen with oak wood countertops, and a roomy living area with a huge couch bed and LCD TV.
