The Island Pearl luxury villa is located in Lumbarda, a quiet traditional fishing village on Korcula island. It's ideal for those who are looking for comfort, luxury, and adventure. Location
A four-bedroom villa for up to eight people includes a fitness room, summer kitchen, and barbecue. A luxury two-story mansion perched on a hill with a spectacular sea view overlooking small islands. It's in Lumbarda, a small fishing village known for its sandy beaches and proximity to dozens of small islets ideal for swimming, snorkeling, sea kayaking, and other fun activities.

An outdoor pool, alfresco dining area, BBQ facilities, a large Jacuzzi, a gym, and table tennis courts are among the amenities. We also provide free use of our mountain bikes and sea kayaks to guests.
Pearl Island Villa has two identical suites with double king size bedrooms, ideal for couples and families of four. The suites are located on the upper and lower levels and can accommodate a total of eight guests. Here is a list of amenities for your convenience and enjoyment.
The villa's exterior has a total area of 450 m2. Its location allows for views of the idyllic archipelago and the mainland. You can find the needed privacy and peace here. A 30 m2 terrace pool with beach chairs is available.

The villa has two kitchens and two living rooms. On the ground floor, there is a modern kitchen and a living room. The second kitchen and living area are on the first floor. The breakfast bars in the kitchens lead out onto a sea-view terrace.
The living room has comfortable angled furniture, a fireplace, and a flat TV.
The outdoor staircase connects the two floors. Each of the four bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a view of the sea. The view of the Adriatic from the balconies and terraces is breathtaking.
