Villa Light House is located in Lumbarda village in the Secluded Bay. The house has approximately 330 sqm of wonderfully furnished interior, furnished with appliances made just for this villa and vast outdoor area with amazing views of the sea and a sandy beach, making it ideal for two couples or a family with two children.
Location
This luxury villa is surrounded by vineyards and provides direct access to a beautiful sandy beach only 100 meters away. Outside the villa is a 30m² infinity pool, and a veranda with many wooden deck chairs. The walk to the beach winds through vineyards and a garden filled with organic fruits and vegetables, as well as a variety of Mediterranean herbs and spices.

There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main villa, as well as an extra toilet with a laundry room, a large living room, a kitchen, a dining area, and a contemporary TV system. The master bedroom (20 sq m) is the largest in the villa. The large living area opens directly onto a massive first-floor patio with a magnificent infinity pool and stunning views of the sea.
